Terms & Conditions (T&C)

• Tolls, Bridge & Parking Fees: Reference prices for local point-to-point or airport transfers include standard tunnel and toll road fees. For hourly or itinerary charter services, all parking fees, bridge tolls, and tunnel tolls incurred during the journey will be charged at actual cost on a reimbursement basis.
• Complimentary Waiting Time: Airport arrivals include up to 45 minutes of free waiting time, while standard local point-to-point transfers include 15 minutes. Subsequent delays will incur overtime waiting fees.
• Cancellation Policy: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; otherwise, relevant handling fees may apply.
• No-Show Policy: For airport drop-off (departures) or pick-up (arrivals) bookings, full fees will be charged if the passenger fails to show up without prior notice (No-Show).
• Severe Weather Arrangements: To ensure passenger safety, services will be adjusted when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect. Please contact customer service for immediate arrangements.
